Learning is a constant requirement for effective organisations. Fortunately the technologies that enable access to the world's information also underpin and enhance all modern e-learning systems. Interserv consistently uses EdTech to  provide the most effective and engaging learning experiences.

Empowering learning

The most vital part of instructional design is gaining and maintaining learner attention. Content must be well-structured, accessible, appealing, relevant, and engaging; all while maintaining the right balance between requirements and constraints. Skilled instructional designers are needed to maximise knowledge transfer and user experience without exceeding time and monetary budgets.

Interserv’s instructional designers follow design best practices, including the tried-and-true ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to successfully deliver projects. These designers are supported by a team possessing UX design, coding, copywriting, video production, and interactive multimedia skills to bring their designs to life. This combination of skills and practices allow us to deliver the most engaging and successful learning.

There are many tools available to rapidly produce eLearning, with more constantly entering the market, so Interserv is always looking to find the best tool for the specific job in front of us. As such we have gained experience working with Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Lectora, and more to date.

We possess in excess of 15 years of experience creating all manner of eLearning systems
spanning subjects from high school physics, to the use of Defence materiel, and high-security cyber training. We additionally possess propriety processes, templates, and automations to dramatically increase productivity. These coupled with support from our Creative and DevOps teams enable Interserv to rapidly produce high-quality training.

Moodle is the de facto standard for open source learning content management systems. It is feature rich, boasts impressive flexibility, and is the software is used by numerous institutions including schools, universities, government and commercial organisations.

We have stood up and customised Moodle instances, added integrations, created processes for learning delivery and management, and performed learning content lift and shifts. Our extensive experience leveraging Moodle makes us an excellent choice for any project based on or containing Moodle.
